Who I Work With
I provide individual psychotherapy for adults (18+) seeking support with trauma, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, identity exploration, and major life transitions. My practice includes experience working with refugee claimants, newcomers, and individuals impacted by displacement, resettlement stress, and complex trauma.
My practice offers trauma-informed, culturally responsive psychotherapy, with services available in English and French. I accept clients covered under the Interim Federal Health Program (IFHP).
Therapeutic Approaches
I use evidence-based psychotherapy approaches tailored to each individual’s needs, including:
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) – for acquiring coping skills, managing anxiety, depression, and emotional overwhelm
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) – for processing trauma and past distressing experiences
Family Systems Therapy – to improve family dynamics and relationships
Narrative Therapy – to explore personal stories and foster self-understanding
Solution-Focused Therapy – to set goals, build resilience, and strengthen coping skills
These approaches are designed to support recovery from trauma, reduce anxiety and emotional distress, improve relationships, strengthen coping skills, and enhance overall well-being.

All therapy sessions are conducted virtually via a secure, encrypted video platform, ensuring your privacy and confidentiality. Flexible scheduling is available to meet your needs, allowing you to access therapy safely and conveniently from home or any location in Ontario or across Canada where services are permitted.

Individual therapy offers a supportive space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace. Together, we’ll work toward greater clarity, healing, and personal growth.

WORKSHOP
I offer interactive workshops designed for community organizations, agencies, schools, and professional groups. Workshops combine education, reflection, and practical tools to support mental health and emotional well-being.
